Verification decisions are made independently by Review International and cannot be influenced by payment, subscription level, commercial relationships, or expected business outcomes.

Commercial decisions and verification decisions are kept separate to protect the integrity of every Commercial Passport.

Where supporting evidence exists or is reasonably available, Review International may consider it as part of the verification process.

Verification is based on evidence rather than assumptions or opinion alone.

Every Reference and Recommendation clearly indicates whether it has been verified or remains unverified.

Verification status must never be misrepresented.

A Commercial Passport should present a fair and balanced picture of verified commercial and professional competence and capacity.

COMMANCHOR supports the account holder's right to build a portfolio of verified References and Recommendations, provided every published trust record is authentic and, where applicable, independently verified.

COMMANCHOR must not be used to create a materially misleading impression of a business or professional.

Where filtering or presentation tools are available, they are designed to preserve the integrity of the overall Commercial Passport.

Verification should always be capable of review.

Review International maintains appropriate records of verification activities to support accountability, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Where information is disputed, Review International may investigate the matter, request additional evidence, temporarily flag content, correct factual inaccuracies, or remove information where appropriate and lawful.

Our objective is to preserve both fairness and the integrity of every Commercial Passport.

Every Reference and Recommendation undergoes moderation before publication.

Moderation helps identify spam, fraud, abusive or inappropriate content, impersonation, and other material that breaches our Platform Standards.

Moderation is separate from verification.

Review International continuously monitors COMMANCHOR for fraud, impersonation, misuse, and other conduct that could undermine confidence in the platform.

Where appropriate, we may investigate, restrict, suspend, or remove accounts or content.

Account holders control how their COMMANCHOR is shared, subject to applicable law and our Platform rules.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Every Reference and Recommendation begins with an invitation.

References and Recommendations on COMMANCHOR are collected through secure invitation links sent by the account holder to help protect the authenticity of every trust record.

Users are expected to use the platform honestly, respectfully, and in good faith. Information accessed through COMMANCHOR should be used responsibly and only for lawful and legitimate purposes.

Users must not misuse non-public information, supporting documentation, or access granted through the platform. Serious or repeated breaches of these Standards or our Terms of Service may result in moderation action, suspension, or permanent removal from COMMANCHOR.

Every Commercial Passport represents years of work, relationships, and trust earned over time.

Our responsibility is to protect the integrity of that trust through independent verification, transparent processes, fair moderation, and consistent standards.
